You know … I’ve been scrapping for quite some time … many years in fact … since Rebekah was a baby. That’s 12 of her birthdays since I’ve been scrapping … plus 10 of Alexander’s and 8 of Jessi’s … that’s like 30 birthdays and celebrations that I should have a scrapped record of right?
I think maybe I actually have all of 5 or 6 of these such events scrapped. I guess it’s just one of those things I find difficult to scrap … there’s usually lots of kinda average photos with lots of colours and busy backgrounds … it’s just easier to push those photos aside and do something else.
But … thanks to a challenge from Scrap the Girls … I now have the most recent of birthdays scrapped … well … three of the photos at least!
And I have a plan for the rest of them … a ‘project life’ divided page protector … figuring I can slot them in to the album next to this layout … done!
AND … I’ve also discovered that the project life 12 x12 protectors are ever so slightly larger than 12×12 which allows just perfectly for those lumpy bumpy bits I like on my layouts … no more squishing them in … now that’s worth celebrating!

Great idea for the page projectors. Very celebratory and cherry layout.

Gorgeous layout. You do get bit over scrapping every birthday though aye? Simplifying makes a lot of sense:)
