About Me

In a nutshell … I’m a vintage loving, crafting addict mum of three.

If it’s vintage I’m loving it, if it’s creating I’m doing it and if it cries, fights or whines it’s probably one of my kids needing me to step away from the patterned paper and feed it!

I love my kids, really, they even have names – Rebekah, Alexander and Jessianna … and every so often I even manage to match the right name to the right kid … the other times I get to go through all the names till I finally get the one that works. But really, they are good kids and much of my time is spent caring for them, driving them places, teaching them manners, feeding them, watching them play sport, washing their clothes and buying them new shoes … honestly, who knew little feet could grow so fast!

When the kids are at school I get to make stuff. Mostly paper craft related stuff, but other stuff too … sewing, crochet, mosaics, cupcakes, beading … if it’s creative then I’ll enjoy doing it. And the best thing … it’s my job … I get paid to scrapbook, to teach others how to scrapbook … working at Craft House has got to be the best job ever … okay so I enjoyed being a teacher too, but scrapbooking fits in so much better with my current lifestyle … and being surrounded by patterned paper while working has got to be a good thing … right?
