Sketch Challenge

I put this layout together yesterday for the Scrapbook Essentials Fortnightly Sketch Challenge. I just used the bits I had out for the birthday canvas – it seemed easier than putting them away!

It hasn’t shown up very well but there is an ant crawling on Jessi’s hands in the bottom photo. (Actually seconds later we discovered lots of ants crawling over her hands and up her arms!)

I’m loving sketches at the moment. It’s nice to have the basic plan already worked out and all I have to do is cut and glue. It’s funny how things change – a year ago I wasn’t such a fan of sketches,  in fact I’d avoid them if at all possible. If you want to have a go at this one, you have until the 6th of May to upload it at Scrapbook Essentials.
